About
I build apps that measure what matters.
I'm Born Brian (Born Mugisha Brian), the founder of Bri Technologies, an independent app studio in Dodoma, Tanzania.
I make apps that start from real measurement instead of guesswork. The first is ClearSkin AI: it scans your face from every side, reads nine things about your skin in plain words, and builds a skincare routine from what it actually sees. It is made for every skin tone.
I design, build and ship everything end to end: the apps, their backends, their websites and their ads.
